History Happy Tree Friends Ĭuddles first appears in the Happy Tree Friends in the episode, " Spin Fun Knowin' Ya". At some point in development, Cuddles was given his finalized design, but the creators decided to "experiment with his character" by drawing him in several outfits, including farmer's clothing and a samurai outfit. Another design of Cuddles featured him in a sketch alongside a beaver, squirrel, and bear character this drawing was used as the basis of the unreleased short, Banjo Frenzy.
